What devices do you repair?

We repair a variety of electronics including gaming consoles, controllers, laptops, and other electronic devices. If you are unsure whether we can repair your device, please contact us for confirmation.

How do I request a repair?

How long does a repair usually take?

In some cases, a diagnostic fee may apply to inspect the device and determine the problem. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the final repair cost.

Do repairs come with a warranty?

What happens if my device cannot be repaired?

Do I need to bring my device in person?

What currency are the prices shown on the website?

All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking information is typically updated within 2–5 business days after your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information after 7 business days, please contact us at hasan@aynaxtech.com.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. On average, delivery takes up to 7 business days after the order has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped with no penalty. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return according to our return policy.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must include the original packaging

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount.

Can I get a refund on my order?

At this time, we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will be issued as store credit that can be used for future purchases.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hasan@aynaxtech.com as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or suitable solution.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at hasan@aynaxtech.com. We can update the address within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to make changes.
